Fife Flight Centre is a flight training organisation based in Fife, Scotland. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us.

Email marketing

If you opt in to receive emails from us, we use ActiveCampaign to manage our mailing list and send communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

We never sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that didn't progress — 12 months from last contact
  • Student training records — 7 years after training completion (regulatory requirement)
  • Financial records — 6 years (HMRC requirement)
  • Marketing list — until you unsubscribe or we have been inactive for 3 years

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business. These act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements:

  • ActiveCampaign — email marketing and CRM
  • Calendly — consultation booking
  • Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics
  • Webflow — website hosting

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third parties where legally required or with your explicit consent.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
